Julia Wilhelm has more than 12 years of experience in the Real estate branch. In addition to completing two degree programs in business administration and management She has attended numerous certified training courses. She is currently completing a Executive Master’s degree in St.Gallen. Her profound expertise covers the Real estate marketing, commercial real estate financing, Portfolio Management and KYC & Compliance. Julia Wilhelm worked in the past 10 years for various fund structures in Luxembourg as well as for one of the most renowned real estate investors in Europe. Here she was involved in many involved in well-known commercial real estate transactions and managed Project financing of national and international standing. In addition, she was responsible for the expansion of Sotheby’s International Realty in the German-speaking countries. Switzerland and supports the expansion of the brand as Managing Director for Eastern Switzerland. Julia has excellent contacts with numerous decision makers and important players in the real estate industry and is globally connected.
